Ordering & Shipping
All orders are placed through our website or by contacting us direct. For larger orders or personalised items please reach out to us via our email info@w.d.candles.net
All orders will be sent through Austral Post within 48 hours after your order has been placed and will be signature on delivery to ensure you safely receive your order.

As every environment is different, please real all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We can not offer refunds for reactions, in proper candle care or use.
Candle Care
We include care instructions on the bottom of each candle to ensure the best burn experience. Improper use (burning for too long, not trimming the wick) may result in soot, tunneling, or fire hazard, and we can not accept returns or issue refunds in these cases.

All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@w.d.candles.net
To be eligible for a replacement, please provide:
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
We will happily replace any item that arrives damaged or faulty due to transit or production issues.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of scent or accidental orders, as each candle is made to order in small batches.
